Express repair service +$50 (15-30 minutes)
Express service depends on traffic, and not all of them can be applied.
Need to bring a whole suitcase to the store, if the base is disassembled, the price will be charged separately
The above service provide 3-month warranty (excluding replace pull handle and 1 single wheel), within the warranty we will provide repair service once only.
Due to the patent right, our company would not repair any style of luggage under the Rimowa brand.
Guests are required to present the original receipt for maintenance and repair within warranty period. (Please keep the receipt, it will not be reissued.)
In case of any dispute, the decision of the Luggage First-Aid shall be final without prior notice.
